Kristen + Daniel

Meet Kristen & Daniel! They met in Gainesville, FL while going to college at UF. They are huge gator fans, so friendly and so much fun to shoot with! They were up for anything. Kristen grew up right near Tree Tops Park where we shot first that day. They brought along their dog "Gator", He was quite the little model, if I must say so myself! The park provided the beautiful earthy scenery that their wedding in April will entail. I wanted their photos to be reflective of that. They plan on having a very organic/rustic wedding including burlap, an old vintage typewriter, and beautiful greens and blue earth tones. YES!!!!! ( I cant help but get overly excited when I hear about stylish weddings that I get to shoot. Not to mention that earth tones and anything with a rustic feel to it makes me all giddy). The locations that we shot in were meant to tie this concept in as well as their unique and playful personalities. The second part of the shoot was inspired by the simplicity of Daniels suspenders and her adorable Vintage dress from Urban Outfitters. Kristen knew she wanted to tie in a "Vintage" feel for one of her looks. Of course it was a total plus when we ran into the ice-cream truck! I'll never forget at the end of the shoot, I took out the chalkboard to write something cute on them and said to them "Is there a song, a special line, or something that you guys say to each other that is really meaningful and special?" Before I could finish, they were both looking at each other and saying "Yea... we say, I love you to the moon and back". I just loved that moment. They are so happy, and how lucky am I to shoot these beautiful love birds!!! I'm pretty thrilled to shoot their wedding in April!  :)  Thanks again for a wonderful time. And big thanks to Michelle Wilkie from So Darling Events who helped us out with little props, ideas and such on the shoot. You da bomb girlfriend! Their Session was featured on Floridian Weddings
